Allow students to do peer reviews on mobile platform

Hi I am a lab instructor and it would be great for students to be able to complete peer reviews using mobile devices in a physical classroom space.

An instructor at Stanford made the same request. Here's her reasoning.

"First, many students these days have tablets and pencils/stylus for commenting. In doing peer review, I had several in class decide to download the submissions, comment (on PDF or Word doc), then upload rather than use the Canvas app on a browser on their tablets.

The interface (laptop or tablet) is also a challenge (super-squished UI for comments). I always tell the students about how to go full screen (double arrow button), but commenting like in the Teacher App is just overall a bit of a smoother user experience than in a browser on a tablet."

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
