Allow text to be copied from messages in inbox on mobile app

It’s super basic functionality to be able to highlight and copy text on a mobile device. I have professors sending messages on Canvas with zoom links for classes, and I can’t highlight and copy the link text from these messages in my inbox. I’m trying to then paste them into a document I’m making with all of my class links. Even if it were another student sending a message with the titles of some books I should look at for research, I should be able to press on the text, highlight it, and copy it. I’m using a new iPad Pro running the latest iOS. Seems like a pretty fundamental ability that is missing.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
