Allow the moving of an annotation WITHOUT asking if you want to delete it!

Every time I move an annotation I'm asked if I want to deleted it and after I select cancel I'm automatically returned to the top of the page. Most of the tome this moves me away from where I was editing. Please allow me to move an annotation WITHOUT pitting up a new dialog box asking me if I wan to delete it! An then don't change the position of the page.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
