Allowing Users profile pic show up after syncing from blueprint

When faculty post an announcement in a Blueprint course and then
syncs to the associated courses, the faculty's name and profile picture and
well as the posted date and time do not show up in the associated courses.

Would like to put in a request for this to be changed. 

From Canvas Support "Currently, this is an expected behavior with how blueprint courses are set up.

It is similar to how when you are importing course content from one course to another, announcements will also show as "U" or unidentified since this would be transitioning from one course to another technically."

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
