Announcements Delay Date/Time Edit Options from Announcements Page

Currently, when a Canvas #announcement is scheduled to be delayed and an instructor wants to edit/change the delay until date/time (or, publish now, instead), we must:

1. Go to Announcements home page
2. Click on individual announcement needing to be edited
3. Click on edit
4. Adjust delay posting date/time (or remove altogether)
5. Click Save

I am proposing the ability to edit the delayed date/time and publish now within the vertical menu (hamburger menu / skinny snowman / three dots) of that announcement, much like the options presented when editing an assignment.

3) Once "Edit" is clicked, quick edit box option with ability for "more options" to open actual announcement:

These are great suggestions, and we appreciate the detailed illustrations! In order to keep our Idea Converastions streamlined, please separate this proposal into two threads -- one about the options menu from the kabob and one about bulk editing. This really helps Community Members search through ideas, and it helps our Product Team as they identify threads in their discovery process.
