Autostart video when they open up a page

can anyone tell me if there is a video autostart option that could be checked like the power point does when they open a page and it opens up.   would be good if a video would start instead of them having to press the play button.

Could you tell us more about the video tool or application that hosts the videos? Are you asking about videos recorded directly in Canvas or videos that are embedded from YouTube or a different host? Some potential solutions for externally-hosted videos have been posted here.
