Batch/mass upload functionality for Courses

It would be great if Canvas had the functionality to allow a batch/mass upload of 'Courses'. Our institution is having to create 650+ courses this year manually creating each one, and then associating the Blueprint. 

 

The SIS Import does not work for us, because it still requires the manual process of creating the 'shells' first and associating a Course ID. 

 

It would be amazing if Canvas had the functionality to go in and do a simple CSV upload with: 

  • Course Name
  • Reference Code

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
