Canvas Student and Teacher: Act As User should use login ID

The new "Act as User" feature in Canvas Student and Teacher is a great new addition, but it relies on the admin knowing that user's canvas ID number, not the user's login ID we search with in Canvas in a browser. 

This requires that the admin who is troubleshooting or helping with an issue must first look the person up external to the mobile app to find the id number associated with their login. 

If this cannot be fixed to use the person's login ID, then at the very least there should be some help text to explain to the admin what value they need to put in that impersonation box.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
