Catalog: Increase number of days to complete for self-paced courses

Currently in Catalog, Days to Complete for Self-Paced courses is limited to 999 days.  If 1000 or more days are entered, the catalog listing will not save and gives an error message.  We would like to increase this number so self-paced courses could be more than 999 days.

This would really help our online self-paced courses, as we have several that run over a 3 year period.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
