Chat support & Discussion App Canvas Teacher y App Canvas Student
Hello everyone,
From App Canvas Student and App Canvas Teacher we have detected two functionalities that hinder the use of these applications and that could be improved:
1- If you open a chat in the support and the mobile screen is blocked (while waiting for the technician's answer) the chat closes and you lose the communication with the technician.
2-In the discussions, if you open them from the App, an infinite list of answers appears in the discussions and it is very difficult to respond to the conversation.
Does it happen to anyone else? Instructure, can you fix it?
