we should be able to hold down the shift key and scroll down to select multiple messages for archive (like microsoft) rather than having to select every message.
@jtaylor6 - If you click one item, you can press the shift key and click another down the list. That action should select all of the messages inbetween.
As soon as you have an 'easy' button to clear all the messages you are going to have support tickets for undeleting all the messages that were just deleted in error ....
As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
