Confirm before reporting profile picture as not appropriate

When using the chat function, the user is required to confirm before ending the chat.  This same feature should be used when 'accidentally reporting a profile picture as being not appropriate.  The layout makes it too easy to report a profile picture...and no reversal.

@DanaeOldenburg Have you checked this recently?  When I tried reporting an image (at least on Chrome from a PC) it included an alert to confirm the reporting.

Nonetheless, I think it would be better if the report button wasn't on top of on the image.  I think this would help reduce accidental reporting too.  I like the ideas that were mentioned here:  https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Idea-Conversations/Canvas-profile-picture/idi-p/448950

At our institution, we have noticed that profile pictures are reported an awful lot by accident. Can the workflow be improved so that images aren't reported by accident?

There's still a confirmation button, but this process is still unintuitive because we get over 1k reported pictures when there aren't any issues with the image.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
