Consistent (assignment, discussion, quiz) options

Please make quiz menus consistent with assignment - also do the same for discussions. The location of the speedgrader is different, the ability to assign groups and grade group work is different between assignments and discussions.

This is essential for larger classes where we want to use Canvas discussions and need to create smaller discussion groups and still grade them individually ... right now since they can only be graded as a group, we have to go to third-party tools.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
