Copy Module Requirements

I have created a module template with requirements. It would be nice if when I copied that module the requirements also copied with it as I use the same requirements each week to create a weekly checklist for my students.

Hi @cmgardner,

Could you provide more information about how you're creating and using a module as a template? Are you using the Copy to feature or Course Import Tool to add the module from a template course to another course? Do both courses have the same requirement assignments, pages, quizzes, etc. available?

Sure! I am actually just duplicating the module. I have a module structure I use often with requirements in place and then I just duplicate it and edit it with the new content. Unfortunately, when I do that the requirements don't stay. Thanks!

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
