[Credentials/Badges] Canvas Credentials Verbiage Revision

Problem statement:

When linking badges in Canvas Assignments, the wording is quite unclear. At this time, the "complete item" option actually has to be given a grade to trigger a badge. This does not work in large capacity, self-enrolled, or unsupervised courses.

Proposed solution:

Since the Trigger type "percentage score" is available for graded submissions, then the trigger type "complete item" should be for submissions, regardless of grade. Possible solutions: 1. Complete Item trigger needs to be set to trigger the badge upon completion or submission, not upon grading. 2. Create another trigger type "Submitted item" so that a badge is triggered when a submission is made. This may allow for some disintegrity, but will be much more useful for our current use case.
