Directions to carry over with a SIS sync to Focus as a checkbook yes or no

Currently, when we sync assignments from Canvas to Focus, our SIS, the directions from Canvas follow with the sync.  We love this feature, but some of our teachers would like to have the option to SYNC or NOT SYNC the directions.

Thanks for sharing this idea, @tnaylwar . Which SIS does your school use? We'll need to work in tandem with the SIS application owner to develop this functionality.

The Product Team reviewed all feature proposals recently, and unfortunately, this thread was identified as one that they would not be able to include in their current or future plans. While we appreciate your proposal, we also want to be transparent about the likelihood of something like this making it to production.
