Disable "automatic deduction to late submissions" to certain assignments

When students are absent, they usually get an extension to assignments sometimes. It would be nice if we could easily unselect the "automatic deduction to late submissions" on that assignment for them before the grade posts so we can do that before they submit it. Also, being able to select an assignment and disable the function instead having to manually do it for each submission if you don't want to deduct points from that one.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
