Personal pronouns do not currently display in SpeedGrader. It would be helpful to view personal pronouns when submitting comments in SpeedGrader and DocViewer.
I completely agree with the need for this. As an instructor, I rarely look at the people page but am frequently interacting with the students through Speedgrader.
I agree completely, and would even like to see pronouns (and user-entered nicknames) extended to any view from which we can email a student. Any time feedback or communication is likely, I'd like to have that option visible. I have run into a recent issue that could have been avoided with this fix.
According to How do I enable personal pronouns in an account? pronouns are visible in Speedgrader. Clearly this isn't the case. They aren't visible in the inbox either, which is also mentioned in the guide.
As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
