Don't Truncate Discussion Names

In the Discussions section, longer discussion names will truncate, with an ellipse instead of the rest of the discussion name, even when there is still plenty of horizontal space. 

This is frustrating because depending on one's screen resolution, there may be no way to see the full name of the discussion unless you click through into the discussion board, since hovering over the truncated discussion name also doesn't reveal the full name.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
