I want to be able to duplicate an assignment or entire module that I create as a skeleton without having to send my own item to commons to import back to my own course.
The idea submission contains requests for enhancements to two separate features of Canvas. Fortunately, both of these requests are already possible in Canvas. You can read more about the functionality in How do I duplicate an assignment? and How do I duplicate a module?
We've archived this idea as both requests are already existing functionality. If you should decide to create a feature idea in the future, please remember that each idea needs to contain a single request, as detailed in How do I create a new feature idea in the Canvas Community?
