I would really want a feature where I can move the classes I have in the order of what I see fits best. For example I would like to put my classes into the order I take them rather than which ones I added first.

You'll be happy to know that you can already do this! Please read through the Move Course Cards and Drag and Drop Course Cards sections of How do I view my favorite courses in the Card View Dashboard as a student? to learn how to rearrange the cards on the Dashboard.
