Expand Field Admin All Open Cases View

Within the Admin Console for Canvas Support, I would like to see that the All Open Cases view shows New, Open, Pending, and On Hold cases for our account (essentially any cases that are not Solved).

At present, the All Open Cases view only shows new and open cases. However, when viewing the Cases Created in the Last 7 Days view, it shows Pending and On Hold cases in addition to new, open, and solved. It seems as though any case that is not solved should be reflected on All Open Cases instead of having to flip between two or three different views to find a list of the cases awaiting resolution. Could we please make this change? Or at least be able to customize our view?

Since we don't evaluate ideas specific to the service console in Idea Conversations, we've made our support leaders aware of your request, and we would further ask that you discuss this need with your Customer Success Manager (CSM) who can then raise it through internal channels.
