[Files] Choose more than one copyright permissions for files

one of our instructors would be interested in having the ability to choose more than one type of copyright permissions on their file; for example, in a powerpoint file where some of the information is used through permissions from another author and some of the material being the instructor's own work

The Product Team reviewed all feature proposals recently, and unfortunately, this thread was identified as one that they would not be able to include in their current or future plans. While we appreciate your proposal, we also want to be transparent about the likelihood of something like this making it to production.
