Files unlocking after assignment submission

For students -

It would be great if, when students submitted an assignment, they gained access to a File that was locked previously to the submission.  This would allow teachers to post files with detailed solutions to nightly homework that students could access as soon as they finished the assignment (giving them immediate feedback).

You can complete this by utilizing requirements in a module

You can set a requirement that students have to move through a module in order and the assignment that opens the following file can have the requirement of 'submission' in order for them to move onto the file.
