Fix download ePortfolio tool

Apparently, if students wish to download the contents of their ePortfolio as a zip file using the relevant link on the Welcome page to the ePortfolio section, it seems that any images contained within the ePortfolio do not become embedded correctly within the zipped file. In other words, when the contents of the zip file are subsequently extracted and attempts are made to open the various sections of the downloaded ePortfolio, none of the images are embedded within the web pages of the downloaded version; only the text is preserved. In essence, this defeats the purpose of a downloaded ePortfolio since it is of limited use.

Would it be possible to save the contents of the ePortfolio as a PDF file that exactly reflects the nature and composition of the ePorfolio as originally built by the student?

Also, the functionality of the Save button on each page of the ePortfolio should be extended to give students an option to save the contents of the page they are working on as a PDF file that could be saved to the local machine for archiving or backup purposes.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
