When opening RTF editor on a page, the window frame is always super small. Does not enlarge until you start typing. Using scroll bar still gives you short window visibility.
Thanks for sharing this idea. The size of the Rich Content Editor (RCE) field in edit mode is designed to start out small, as your screenshot indicates; users can then click on the drag handle at the bottom right of the field and drag them to enlarge the edit field to the desired size.
