Global Announcements based on demographic

I'd love to be able to send messages to entire grades, clubs, etc. without messaging specific students in my classes, or using the admin feature to send them to everyone in the school. 

Example: sending a message only to seniors about graduation, cap/gown pickup, etc.

Hi @Bacon33,

Global announcement by role is already a feature offered in Canvas (as seen here). I have updated your idea to reflect that.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
