Please consider emailing Canvas users Good Housekeeping Tips on a regular basis to train & encourage good practices among Canvas users.  Canvas users will appreciate such good housekeeping tips!

Here's one idea for a Good Housekeeping Tip for a Tidy Inbox.  

Good Housekeeping Tip for “Keeping Canvas Inbox Tidy.”

Within Canvas Inbox from top left hand side, change “All Courses” to “Concluded.”

Select a course that you no longer need to retain the Canvas Inbox emails.

Press ctrl key & a key to select all of the Canvas Inbox emails.

Press the delete key located at the top in between the Archive & the More Options to delete selected Canvas Inbox emails.

You’ll see a note, “Are you sure you want to delete your copy of these conversations? This action cannot be undone.”  Press OK.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
