[Gradebook] Which students have seen their feedback and an easy way to email those who haven't

It would be a useful feature in 'Grades' to be able to see which students have spent anytime looking at feedback.  Turnitin has this feature.  It would then be useful to be able to send a blanket email to students who have not looked at / listened to feedback in Speedgrader.

This feels like it would fit well in the Message students who... feature within the Gradebook. I look forward to seeing how this conversation develops.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
