[Groups] Remove member from group when enrollment is completed

Problem statement:

When an enrollment within a course is "completed" it leaves the enrolled account in the group(s) in which they were in. This is problematic for those that run the course as it muddies the view and can be confusing when providing group support or learning assistance. Enrollments that are made "inactive" are less problematic as they have a tag on the user account indicating such.

Proposed solution:

For "completed" enrollments, it would be best to remove the associated user from any group within the course.

I am thinking of situations where there may be a grievance or similar issue. If the record is removed than there is no means to go back and review. How would an instructor or administrator know if the student contributed within the group if they are removed? Another factor may be activity dates within the group that is needed for financial aid or perhaps VA reporting.
