Hourly / 4 hour notification summary option

Would love to see an additional option to the current notification settings, such that we would have

Notify immediately
Hourly summary
4 Hours summary
Daily summary
Weekly summary
Notifications off

There's a significant amount of content in discussion posts that's time sensitive enough that daily isn't a good fit. However, immediate notification results in some substantial email spam. I think having this option would clean up the experience quite a bit, without risk of missing relevant information.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
