Improve Catalog Analytics Views

We have different admins who manage different sub-catalogs and some listings have custom enrollment fields so we need to know who registered for which course along with their custom field information and we need to filter it somehow by course. We can see custom fields through the User Registrations tab but if you filter the listings on that page for a specific topic, the resulting registration list does not include the custom fields nor does the CSV export file include the custom fields.  

To improve this to be more usable, please either include custom field data in the CSV export or allow for filtering of the user registration tab data by specific course.

Just adding on to my idea conversation above, when I look at the API data generated as an alternate method of viewing the user registration custom fields data, I'm not able to filter the information for the listing ID, only the catalog ID. It would be really helpful to be able to somehow connect these in the export data and/or in the UI.

Thank you for this idea.
Good news is that we're working on improving Catalog analytics and the filtering will work as you've described in your request, and there will be an 'all data' tab too, where you can also strain information with filters applied.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
