Include Pics & Videos in Emailed Version of Announcements

When users (students and their observers) receive announcements via email, if there was a photo or video embedded in the original announcement in Canvas, it does not show up in the emailed version.  Canvas should include those photos or videos in the emailed announcement OR at least include a placeholder, such as: [IMAGE] To view this image, log into Canvas & view the announcement there.
