Keep images and videos in Microsoft immersive reader

MS immersive reader is not only an amazing tool for people with hearing or visual impairments, it's great for all international students to just translate the course in any languages in a couple of clicks.

However, you end up with a text-only version of the course when you are just looking for a translation.
It would be great if there was an option to keep the images, videos and text as it is.

Our international students are really asking for this feature.

The issue with Microsoft is that they don't have an IT support team like Canvas to help you with any difficulty or to submit new features. All I can find is a sale support link...
