Known Issues - display published date in item

Problem statement:

If I share a known issue using the direct link, there is no information indicating how long ago it was published, potentially leading to the impression that items are not being addressed.

Proposed solution:

As Example: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Known-Issues/Permissions-description-for-Manage-LTI-needs-updatin... No detail is shown on when this was raised, but it is visible in the KI listing. It would be helpful to have it here too.
