Make Error Message About Contacting Students in Unpublished Course Clearer

I'm trying to send a message to a student in an unpublished course but am unable .. I get an error message.. I went to People, clicked her name, clicked the envelope icon, and created my message but I get an error message "There was a problem sending your message"

I chatted with support twice before learning that you cannot communicate with students unless the course in published.. So my suggestion is that it would be helpful to either a) not have that icon available in non-published courses or b) have the error message be a little more explanatory

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
