In addition to 'Message all who..." via total score for Total score over, under, or inbetween...

Message all... ESE, EL, etc....  Again faster way to reach groups of students with educational and/or emotional needs.

Also, Message all for any and all possibilities should allow the teacher to also include any parents registered to canvas, but not 'have to - just if the teachers wants to send to ese students, ese students and parents, or just ese parents... 

If to all with total score under 60, to students, students & parents, parents...

Thanks for sharing this feedback. The idea description incorporates several different requests, some of which might not be possible to implement in Canvas. For example, Canvas does not have specific roles for "ESL" or "EL" students, so those roles would need to be prioritized and created before additional enhancements to the Message Students Who... functionality could be considered.
