When I finish teaching a class for the day, I want a quick way to send a message to all students who were not in attendance. (Telling them where to find the information they missed.)
I could also imagine instructors wanting to message the students who were in attendance.
The Gradebook has a "message students who..." feature. Can such a feature be added to the Roll Call Attendance?
