Module Creation and Organization Facilitation

When creating a new module, we should be able to Title it as well as set where the module goes to on that same screen rather than it automatically going down to the bottom and having to scroll all the way down to then Move Module to....after...top, etc. 

With distance learning, primary classes are using modules daily to organize the daily work so it would be very beneficial to have these features together right on that Add Module Title screen when creating new Modules. 

It would just be a button with the Move Module option and the drop down with the same choices: Top, Before, After, Bottom on the Add Module Title screen.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
