Need an easy way to create an accommodation that will apply to every assignment by default.

For students with accommodations, there should be an easy way to set up a default accommodation for a student, that will apply to all assignments in a category. It would be easier to toggle that off for the occasion where I may not need to provide the accommodation, rather than have to apply that as an additional due date to every assignment I post.
