Currently there is no feature in either New Quizzes or Classic Quizzes that allows the download of the actual quiz submissions in PDF form. You can export the quiz statistics via a CSV, but this can be difficult to read for instructors. Each student submission should have its own ability to be downloaded like you can with assignments.
