New Quizzes: Exempt questions in an item bank

I'd like to see a feature, where we could exempt certain questions in a test bank, so that they won't appear in a quiz that we are creating.  E.g. I create a test bank for a portion of the course, but for whatever reason, we don't get through some content.  When I create the quiz, I can select specific questions in a test bank that would not be put into the quiz, since we didn't cover that material, rather than re-creating the entire test bank and editing out the questions I would like to skip.

Comments from Instructure

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
