[New Quizzes] Make it clear that stimulus titles are visible to students

Problem statement:

In New Quizzes, all item types with the exception of stimulus have an optional title field. In the case of the stimulus type, the title is required. Also, unlike other item types, the stimulus title is visible to students. Some instructors are likely to assume the title is not visible to students based on their experience with with the titles of other item types. Additionally, since instructors are accustomed to item titles not displaying to students, instructors may not give careful consideration to the the titles they enter for stimulus questions

Proposed solution:

Make it clear to instructors that the title field is required for stimulus items and, ideally, give them the option to show the title to students or not (see suggested changes below).

 

If the title must be display to students, something along these lines would be helpful
