New Quizzes: Required Quiz Question

Students are submitting quizzes and unintentionally leaving questions blank.  There needs to be a required question option like Google Forms that will give them an error message, so they have to go back and answer all questions before they can submit their quiz.

There should be an option with a box to tick called "mandatory" under each question where we can specify if a question must be mandatorily answered or not .

This thread is a little old, but this would be a huge help in designing quizzes if the quiz stopped submissions if any question is left blank.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
