New Quizzes need to be like Classic Quizzes

You need to update New quizzes, so the following features are more user friendly like classic quizzes.

• in terms of re-scheduling for students who missed - be able to click on the quiz and reschedule - you have to go through quizzes, click the dots, and then reschedule which is a pain!
• Make it so you can change the type of question without creating a new one (classic quizzes does this)
• you should be able to go to the quiz via the module to change/edit it depending on what you want to edit - not have to go to multiple locations.

YES! And also, we need to still be able to get the CSV file report like we can get from Classic Quizzes. I use these when a quiz has essay questions. Much faster than SpeedGrader.
