[Rich Content Editor] New Rich Content Editor Full Screen Save Button

The full screen mode on the new rich content editor is a very nice addition. It makes it very easy to edit a page in full screen mode. 

One of the things I have received in feedback from the faculty is the ability to save and close full screen mode more easily. To save and/or exit full screen mode, you have to hit the Esc key or click on view and select full screen to exit. 

If there were a save and cancel button in full screen mode like you see at the bottom of the page when you are outside of full screen mode. 

The addition of the save cancel button would make the use of full screen easier. This is one of the reasons I do not use it often because I can't save easily.
