Nicknames for Courses

Enable students to assign nicknames for their courses in their own Canvas. Right now, when navigating to a course, it's all letters and numbers, and it can be annoying to find that one course you're looking for. If I could nickname "EDUC 314 SEC 001 THEORY & PROCEDURES" as just "Theory" or "314," it would make my life incrementally but significantly happier 😀
