Opt out of email notifications when using observer mobile app

It would be nice to see "notifications" in the Android app, but I don't need them emailed (or texted, or sent via Slack) to me also. Please differentiate so we can opt out by contact method instead of only by type of notification.

@RandiMorrison  Have you adjusted your notification settings through the browser as described in  How do I add contact methods to receive Canvas not...   ? You should be able to remove unwanted contact notification methods from the Ways to Contact section.
