Problem statement:

Moving from the Moodle platform our school was used to using the SafeExam Browser for our exam proctoring needs. It was relativly easy to deploy to students and teachers,native with Moodle and free. With Canvas however we do not have the option to use SafeExam and the alternatives that are native to Canvas are at a significant cost.

Proposed solution:

Add SafeExam to the third party apps that can be integrated in Canvas and allow it to for instance create quizzes and assignments that can be used with it seamlessly.
