Pass/Fail# Option for Individual Students In Gradebook# 

In this time of at-home elearning, we are finding some of our students are more successful than others at managing their time and resources effectively. A few students have been given permission to be on a Pass/Fail status regarding their final grade. This status does not pertain to the entire class though. It would be helpful to have the option to individually set students on a Pass/Fail setting in the gradebook, similar to the functions that appear in the Moderate tab of the New Quizzes.

Yes, we had a lot of faculty request this in the Spring!

Can you please add the pass or fail on grading. The complete and incomplete option has legal implication.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
